Where is the best sushi restaurant in Palm Springs?

There are lot of outstanding Japanese restaurants in the Valley. Two I frequent are Kiyosaku in Palm Springs (1555 South Palm Canyon Drive / 760.327.6601). Their mixed sashimi served inside of a hollowed out grapefruit (mixed with the grapefruit's juice and cut fruit) is unique and refreshing. I also like No Da Te in Palm Desert (73-655 El Paseo / 760.340.3698). Pricey and worth it. Outstanding selection.

Hi Food Fans,
I have found that the Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar is the best in town... They have a very cool Sushi Bar, with an "All you Can Eat" in a 1 hour period...
