Windmill Tours - Palm Springs
Try Palm Springs Windmill Tour company - you can reach them at 760-320-1365. They're currently offering a daily 8am tour, but will soon start to offer more options getting into season. There's also Windmilll Tours - but.... the last I heard is that they were closed for renovations - so give them a call at 760-251-1997 to see if they have reopened.
