Does anyone know when will the Tramway be close for routine maintenance? Reply to T

I am a visitor from New York and someone told me that the Tramway will be close during 10/20-11/30 and others told me it is closed during 11/21-12/30. Because I schedule to visit Palm springs on Oct. 9, does anyone could help me? I got no response from Palm Springs Tramway.

Maintenance for the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is currently scheduled for September 14 through October 2, 2009 and reopening is planned for October 3rd. Please note these dates are subject to change without notice. :D
