Where to stay for younger crowd, ages 26-35

Going to Palm Springs in mid-October with 8 others to celebrate 3 birthdays. Guys and girls aged 26-35. I wanted to rent a house, but it seems that noise could be a problem for the neighbors, even during the day. Looking to relax by a pool during the day and go out at night. Any advice on a house or hotel????

Zozo is too expensive for what you get. I would stay at the marriot, or somewhere close to the strip. ( Caliente Tropics, Palm Mountain )

JW Marriott is the best. My family goes there every year. Its great for everyone and you never need to leave the premesis.
