vintage pizza bistro was founded in Washington, DC in April of 2003.
matchbox is an exciting restaurant with a decidedly hip and urban
feel. Our menu is equally divided in two parts, the first features
our incomparable thin crust pizza. The second, our Bistro menu,
consists of a wide selection of chef-driven entrees.The Falls Prime Steakhouse has partnered with matchbox vintage pizza bistro of Washington, DC to bring this award winning concept to Palm Springs!  matchbox,
winner of Best New Restaurant for 2004 in Washington DC, is under
the management of Michael Estrada, Managing Partner and Chef of
The Falls. Head Chef Kevin Sharkey joins us from Virginia Beach
where he was Executive Chef at Mahi Mah's Ocean Front restaurant.
General Manager, Mark Anderson hails from England and has an extensive
background in restaurants and nightclubs. |
