Chicago Grill is one of the most unique restaurants of its kind, truly the
new tradition and the new kid on the block. They select the biggest fish,
then the chef slices the whole fish in-house so the guest can get a thicker
cut which will end up being moist and delicious. The Opah averages 160 pounds
from Hawaii, the Swordfish 200 pounds from the Sea of Cortez.
When we mention foods from Chicago, we have to include thick, prime steaks
and meats. The Chicago Grill features prime quality meats from the corn-fed
beef of the Midwest to the best quality cuts from Alberta, Canada. The steaks
are prepared on a 1600 degree mesquite fire to enhance the natural flavor
of the meat.
The Rack of Lamb is flown in from New Zealand, and the Poultry is always
range-free. Nothing artificial about them, always plump and tender.
Please, don't forget to save room for dessert, the tray selection is sinful.
It can be hard to chose between Tira-mi-su, Triple Chocolate Cake (featuring
Belgian Chocolate), Pecan Pie, Lemon Cake, Key Lime Pie (made fresh with Natural
Key Lime flown in from Florida), and other special selections from the in-house
baker.
Chicago Grill is "Cigar Friendly" due to a nice size patio, and will be
hosting cigar and wine dinners in the near future. The Chicago Grill is also
equipped and prepared to host Banquet/Catering Events and Special Parties
and Functions (20-500 people). A private room is also available with a dance
floor for parties.
Come in and experience the unique quality of Chicago Grill, open for dinner
nightly at 5:00pm. Also serving a nice Champagne Brunch, Buffet Style from
10:00am until 2:00pm. A Happy Hour Buffet is also served in the lounge Monday-Friday
from 4:30pm until 7:30pm featuring live performances with either Chicago Style
Jazz or the House Illusionist (incredible and amazing).
