may not have intended it but their band Creedence Clearwater Revisited
has taken on a startling life of its own. The Rock and Roll Hall
of Fame rhythm section (bass and drums respectively) from the
legendary group, Creedence Clearwater Revival launched the Creedence
Clearwater Revisited project in 1995 to once again perform live
Creedence Clearwater Revival hits – touchstones of a generation
– including such classics as “Proud Mary”, “Lodi”,
“Down On The Corner”, “Fortunate Son”
and “Who’ll Stop The Rain”. Though the pair
initially only planned to play private parties, Creedence Clearwater
Revisited continue to perform up to 100 shows a year!

Jekyll

McCallum
Theatre, 73000 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, CA / College of

create a murderous counterpart. The haunting score features music
by Frank Wildhorn (The Scarlet Pimpernel) and lyrics by Leslie
Bricusse (Victor/Victoria, Doctor Doolittle, Willy Wonka and the
Chocolate Factory). Songs include "Once Upon A Dream,"
"This Is the Moment," "Someone Like You,"

Arts production is fully staged and features the complete Broadway
orchestration. Dates of performances: May 3 - 6, 2012. To purchase

Indio Open-Air Market
Riverside County Fairgrounds, 46350 Arabia Street, Indio, CA /
New and used, brand-name merchandise is discovered at the Indio
Open-Air Market, held from 4-10 p.m., Wednesday and Saturday (except
during Date Festival), at the Riverside County Fair and National
Date Festival Fairgrounds. The architecture of the fairgrounds
is that of a city in Morocco, and in that way is perhaps the most
interesting of the fairgrounds to be found in Southern California.
The market fills the palm tree fringed parking area of the fairgrounds.
Shoppers can watch the sunset while buying "fresh from the
field" produce picked that morning by our vendors. A trip
for produce should always include the fresh dates that are grown
in the immediate area. Nearly everything for the entire family
can be found at reasonable prices by browsing the many aisles
with the moon as your companion. This is a very social marketplace
and friends gather to shop and eat here. For more information,
call 800-222-7467.
