I just learned that one of my faves, celebrity interior designer Christopher Kennedy (pictured at right), is going to donate services for the new Sanctuary Palm Springs House for LGBT youth in foster care. Kennedy will also hold a fundraiser on May 27th to support the home redesign. When I last caught up with the indefatigable Mr. Kennedy it was at his Christopher Kennedy Compound Home Tour (Modernism Week Show House 2017). 2015 Official Greater Palm Springs Pride Events Announced for November!

Annual Greater Palm Springs Pride Events Spotlight the City and Feature Largest Pride Festival in Southern California from November 6-8, 2015.

The 29th annual Pride celebration, held November 6-8, 2015 in downtown Palm Springs, will be the largest demonstration of equality and diversity ever seen in the Coachella Valley.  Considered to be one of the most scenic Pride celebrations in the world, it’s also home to the largest Pride Festival in Southern California, with attendance expected to pass the 140,000 mark. The Greater Palm Springs Pride Celebration includes a free block party, two-day festival, parade, and twenty-five official events.
