Palm Springs merchandising and marketing company Destination PSP is launching a pop up Festival Store featuring merchandise related to the Palm Springs International Film Festival. The Festival store (located at the Regal Cinema Courtyard Plaza in Palm Springs at 789 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way), along with Destination PSP’s flagship store, and Destination PSP at the Riviera will be the only locations to purchase official Palm Springs International Film Festival Store merchandise, including the annual Festival Program. It will be open every day from December 19 through January 15 (except Christmas and New Year’s Day). December hours will be 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and January hours will be 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. This is the sixth year that Destination PSP has been the exclusive Palm Springs International Film Festival merchandise retailer.
In addition to the Film Festival merchandise, the Festival Store will host an exclusive Vintage Hollywood Poster & Memorabilia exhibition featuring rare movie memorabilia from the movies made in Palm Springs and iconic Hollywood stars that lived and played in the Palm Springs area. The collection is presented in conjunction with Jim Cook and Nostalgia PS. There is no charge to view the exhibition, and the memorabilia is offered for sale.
“Destination PSP in now in our sixth year of offering International Film Festival merchandise. Last year was the first year we offered a dedicated Festival Store, and we received such positive reviews that we decided to offer it again this year,” said Jeffrey Bernstein, co-owner of Destination PSP.
